As of now, the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection has shut down effecting the online features of many Nintendo DS and Wii Pokemon games. You can find a list of these games below.
Nintendo 3DS games will not be effected, along with the Pokémon Bank and Poké Transporter apps. So you can still transfer your Pokemon from Pokemon Black/Black 2/White/White 2 to Pokemon X or Pokemon Y.
