haha yea it's for real, it's part of the 20th Anniversary Pokémon celebration. Jirachi will be available most of April (until like the 25th or around there). Next month I believe is Darkrai, but you need to go get a card from your local GameStop to get that code. I also read apparently if you subscribe to the PokéBank, you can get the three Regi's with special hidden abilities.
