Apparently, there's going to be a level 50 victini with Reshiram and Zekrom's signature moves. It starts December 3rd and ends on the 31st for anyone who still has their black and white games! This is good news for everyone.

I think you may have to possibly go to a store like Toys R us or Gamestop to get it. Not sure, though!

I've read it's a WiFi event so you can just download it from your closest hotspot.

Wifi makes more sense than going into a store to get it. Also, the victini will know V-Create.

Ah, yup it's a WiFi event. IIRC, that means it should be available in all English-speaking countries, even though it's not advertised outside the US.
