Competitive Kyurem moveset

I am looking for a good moveset for Kyurem.

The moveset that you catch it with is OK, but I still think that with it's amazing attack/special attack stats, it can do a heck of a lot better than that set that it comes with after you catch it.

Should I just teach it Ice Beam/two good STAB moves once I get it?

So yeah, attack and special attack are dead even, so it works either as a physical or special sweeper, or you could go with mixed.

Your better bet would be to focus on special moves since both STABs are available, and the moves it gets in that area are all around better. Of course, you could always throw in a physical move, but it would probably be better just to focus EVs on SA. So, to start, I'd give it Ice Beam and Dragon Pulse.

Ice Beam is one move that I really love in this generation. When I catch this guy, I'll give it to him over Glaciate as Glaciate isn't as good as Ice Beam and not as powerful, also. Also, Kyurem has a lot of other moves it can use, but if I were to teach it four attacking moves, I'd go with what is used on Smogon. Smogon has a lot of Kyurem ou movesets that trainers can take advantage of.

Kyurem could really be abused as a revenge killer, holding a scarf. It also works well in Hail, a mix of both could add up to Kyurem being quite the devastating force.

Kyurem @ Choice Scarf

252 SpAtk/252 Spe/4 HP

-Draco Meteor
-Ice Beam
-Dragon Pulse
-Hidden Power Fire/Psychic/Ground
