My Icon/Picture

I can't find out how you can put the picture you want under your name? It isn't in the User CP.

Go to the User CP, My Options, and change your avatar from there. I'd recommend uploading one from your computer - Entering the site URL doesn't always work very well. ^_^;

For more specific details..
User CP > Edit Options > scroll down to end of page > change avatar > browse, upload from computer

If you want to save an avatar that you would like to use off of the web, right-click it and hit "Save Image", save it somewhere, and then find the filename/path and insert it/browse for it in the edit options window
