I'd probably stop being friends with that person...someone like that wouldn't deserve my friendship if he/she had a tendency to be that obnoxious.

Take a picture and show it to my mates. I wouldn't eat something a dump truck spilled on the ground, even if it was my favourite ice cream. I'd also ask the truck driver to clean it up somehow.
