When its massive body hits the ground you pick up the great ball off your belt and throw it at the Steelix, the red light engulfs the Steelix and it is sucked into the ball which flies back into your hand. Upon seeing its comrade being captured by the ball the second Steelix brigns down its tail to crush your body but before it can you are whisked away by the teleporter dropping you off at the Safari Zone check in point. Your journey is over, please come again.

You and Mary Celeste move over to the Rotom, because Skunktank obviously won't give you an answer, and Smeargle looks too busy. The two of them seem to have a pantomimed conversation, and Rotom agrees to show you where a cluster of Pokemon may be. However, Mary Celeste doesn't seem too happy with that smirk the Rotom has on its face. Rotom leads you past a Spiritomb, Luxray, an Abra, who teleported away, and a number of charred and burned toys until you reach a door which seems surprisingly unscathed.

The Luxray looks psyched as she explains the rules to Mary Celeste. The game is simple: the first Pokemon to spot a fire-type wins! They meet back where you're standing every five minutes and compare results. Luxray darts off to the left and Mary floats away to the right. The two come back within the time frame and compare results. Luxray unhappily reports that she saw a male Raticate, male Munchlax, and a male Vaporeon. Mary smirks and reports seeing a female Flareon, male Mr. Mime, and female Charmander.

Charles: Seeing as DL and chaos don't want any more Safari adventures, I'll take it up, but I have an insane amount of other reffings to catch up with. CEB can take it, but he might take a while, so it's completely up to you.

Unsatisfied with your current findings, you continue on. A Haunter jumps out of a tombstone and through you as you walk past, and you feel a chill as a Sneasel brushes past you, probably looking for it's next meal. Some of the tombstones seem like they were moved since your last visit, but you assume this to be just paranoia.

I already have a Gengar, and the Sneasel is tempting, but I'm going to keep moving, just incase I can find a Pokemon I encountered here before on my last trip that evolved, or at least another of its species (I won't say what it is until I find one).
