Definitely, back when I first joined in 2002 it was for RPG and I could only get online on the weekends over my mom's house. I joined some and even made my own rpg and all week I'd think of cool ideas to use when I could post again, it was also very exciting to see what someone else had posted, and to talk with them on cool things we could make happen in the RPGs! It really gets your creative juices flowing

Last time I roleplayed, it was through LiveJournal - a medium I virtually never use anymore and seldom even visit. I did a variety of RP's, though most pertained to Yu-Gi-Oh! at the time. There were a couple multi-dimensional ones that were specifically geared towards allowing pretty much whatever character you wanted.

I had plenty of fun there, so I hope to here, as well.

Oh god. Just getting back into roleplaying will be enough of a screwdriver to the brainpan, thanks. Besides, I wouldn't want to incur Bear's wrath for beginning yet another RP when there are so many active ones to choose from.

Ok, now, I need you guys' help. Me and Brandy are looking for a game to play online together, since we're stuck in seperate countries again. Well, I found a game, we both downloaded it, and when we started playing we couldn't find eachother, and we believe it's because we're in different countries.

Basically, what I'm asking is, does anybody know any online games (and not facebook games, before you suggest that), that the two of us could play together. Just 3 things.

-Must be free

-Not WoW

-Not first person shooters

Well, right now I'm playing Maplestory. I find it to be very entertaining. The only problem would be the size it takes on the HDD (2.5 GB's I believe) and server maintenances. There are also some other games developes by that company (Nexon) which I believe are free to play too.

Thank you Wolf, I'll look into that. The main thing at the moment is a game me and Brandy can play together. The last game we got, we were on at the same time, but couldn't find eachother, since we were in seperate countries.

Well, if you do drop by nexon and try to download Maple, check to see if you both download the MapleGlobal version (I know there is another one called MapleSEA, but I think it only covers a limited amount of countries). If you do manage to download it, let me know to tell you where I spend my time.

Nexon's original game, Nexus, is the game I play. Costs $10 a month but I've been playing for 13 years and can't seem to get away from it...

Owned by KRU now though since Nexon sold it. Oh well
