I'm sorry that I've sucked with activity and such recently. Since finishing uni and starting work again, I've slowly slipped into the "meh" kinda mild depression, known by some as post-uni blues. Got some writers block to go with it. But I'm starting to feel better, things are looking up and it's about time I got working again. So bare with the few shitty posts to come before I get back on form

Umm... well, after a few positive comments about RPG by two active RPGers, I've decided to visit and try for one. I'm not sure how this will go (since I know almost nothing about this) but I'm feeling a bit motivated to see how it goes. I have many questions, of course... but I know that little by little I will be understanding how RPG works.

If possible, I wish that an RPGer helps me with some words I have a bit of trouble understanding...

I do understand more or less what each other means, but if possible (and if its not too much to ask), I wish i could see an example of it (maybe by PM, since I don't want to be a burden)

Power-RPing
This is where someone makes a character that just cannot be beaten, has no weaknesses, no flaws. Or where everything in the RPG goes their way, no one else's. Basically, it's being over-powered, or over-powering in the RPG. I'm sure you won't do it

Script format
Do not use this! I think the easiest way to explain what script format is, is by giving an example:

Bob: "Hi Mandy, how are you?"
Mandy: "I'm alright thanks, how about you?" *smiles*
Bob: "Not too bad, worried about the rain." *looks out of window*
Mandy: "Oh? Why's that?"
Bob: "It looks heavy, my house might flood."

... Yeah, random conversation for the win XD
Basically, you must write in prose, rather than like that.

Well, for some reason, I've been thinking since yesterday about everything related to RPG: how my characters are going to be (if possible, make a design of the character and his weapons), how each story is going to develop, if I have to keep communication with fellow RPGers in order to have a good story.... well, pretty much an RPG whirlpool is flowing through my head right now.

I didn't thought this much since Phoenix Wright and Sherlock Holmes. Thanks for making my brain gears spin again. (is somewhat sarcastic, though not offensive or angry)
