BOMs: Slam, Supersonic, Bubblebeam, Aurora Beam, Haze, Rockslide, Spikes. If you want a suggestion, don't chose Rockslide or Bubblebeam. At level 10, you could give him Rockslide as his free level, and Bubblebeam can be bought at the Rewards Center. Also, check the Pokezoo adoption center. On the first page is a list of Pokedexes to help you with breeding moves and such.

Yes, she does. Every Pokemon gets a free TM move at levels of multiples of 10 - so if you adopt one that's over level 10, it automatically gets a free TM. Nice, no?

I realized today that I had sixteen pokemon because I never recorded my Eevee egg *kicks self* which was 15, and my recent adoption of Latte makes sixteen. I remember that the Eevee will have a rainbow mane, I'll make sure to check the breeding topic for gender and bred-on move.
