Thank you for joining us ladies and germs in this frozen wasteland of an arena. While I try to make sure my toes and fingers don't get frostbite (cause that would just be awesome wouldn't it?), we have two brand new, hot-blooded trainers ready to rumble. The ever-so calculative Techy is on my right and decides to send out a really wild card of a Pokemon known as B.O.T. the Porygon! While on my left, I have the very lovely Aura who decides to go with a flat-out brawler and sends out a very smug-looking Zangoose who is as prideful as his namesake! Let's mosey!
Pride isn't feeling so great fighting in the icy field as his stomach begins to gurgle mightily and he spits out a very nasty purple glob straight at B.O.T. The polygonal Pokemon seems to sit there, quite oblivious to the incoming projectile. Suddenly, a light blue shield pops up and surrounds B.O.T. and the noxious liquid hits it squarely and simply slides off the ground. B.O.T. chirps happily, while Pride gives off a glare that's as venomous as his bodily fluids. Pretty sure no Pokemon wants to have his babies.

Pride decides that status effects are for losers and decides to go for a more direct approach, as he balls up his claws into a glowing fist and rushes forward, walloping B.O.T. across his HUD, knocking him a bit senseless. B.O.T. recovers quickly and begins to adapt to that last attack. He suddenly begins to feel a little more venomous on the inside.

Pride's not sure what that wily A.I. is planning since he hasn't retaliated once so far, but not gonna stop him from punching him once more, but he does note that B.O.T didn't reel back from the attack as his previous punch. B.O.T. finally goes on the offensive by summoning forth a super chilly wind that is not helping me warm up anymore than it is for Pride, who feels a bit slower due to the chills.

–Woot, first reffing in a lonnggg, lonngg time
–I'm not sure how the whole layers of snow work for the battle Techy, so if you could just clarify that for me, that'd be great.

We're back here in this icy no man's land where temperatures are still calling for thermal underwear for the remainder of the fight. Huzzah!
Both Pokemon don't seem to be making any signs of attacking each other, rather B.O.T seems to be intently focusing more on Pride, almost as if he was placing a invisible bullseye right smack on his striped head. Pride sees an opening, but decides to increase his attack prowess by means of spinning himself rapidly until he achieves a perfect zen state. Talk about staring at an orange juice container intently! Oh wait...wrong type of concentrate

[+2 Atk.][*Locked-On*]
And let all the flurry of attacks commence! Despite the speed decrease, Pride is still fast enough to rush forward and delivers a mighty swipe with his claw, doing a good amount of damage to B.O.T. It screeches in pain and retaliates by charging up and firing off a massive ball of electrical energy that shocks Pride so much that his muscles immediately seize up, further hampering his movements.

Pride struggles to stand to his feet and barely manages to do so, while he stumbles forward and manages to rake his glowing claws right through B.O.T.'s external mainframe, but amazingly don't manage to penetrate its inner defenses. Squawking in pain, B.O.T. retaliates by firing off a sinister, rainbow-colored beam at Pride, doing a decent amount of damage. And with that, Round 2 comes to a close.

–Pride will be under the effects of Lock-On for 4 more Actions. This means that no means of increasing evasion (evasive maneuvers, decreasing opponent's Accuracy, etc.) will be effective.
–Paralysis lowers the Pokemon's Speed by a great deal and gives a reduced chance for an Action to be successful. This lasts until the end of the battle until the Pokemon faints or is healed.
–Once a Pokemon reaches 0% EN, he will lose 1 HP for every 2 EN consumed per Action.
–Still need clarification on how the layers of snow work for the battle Techy, if they play any role at all.
–TEAM Aura to command first next round!
They don't affect the battle at all other than the things stated in the definition of the arena.
So if someone uses Hail and the layer increases, nothing changes?
Same thing if someone uses Sunny Day and decreases a layer?
Actually, I think I might add an effect, if that's allowed.
This might be a bit confusing, but each snow is 3" in hight. Depending on how much snow there is, certain pokemon cannot stand properly. The height changes based on the amount of layers. Pokemon who can't stand properly take extra EP to attack.
Is that to complicated?
It is, because we don't know how many inches are added per layer and how the Pokemon are able to stand is also arbitrary. I say just removing the whole layers entirely would make things a little less confusing honestly.
Okay. From now on its just a thick sheet of snow that can't be added to or taken away from in any way.

The frigid tundra is unforgiving to all. Let's see what mayhem ensues once Round 3 commences!
B.O.T. takes advantage of Pride's disability and summons worth a raging snowstorm of ice and hail that engulfs the white mongoose, doing good damage to him. The cold seems to make the paralysis kick in as Pride is just locked into place, only able to give B.O.T. the stinkeye. Ohhh shittt, he looks mad as hell.

B.O.T. continues its icy assault as it unleashes another flurry of hail and ice at Pride. Pride braves the storm long enough to swat B.O.T.'s marbles all over the place with his metallized tail. I think even my ears are ringing from that hit.

Why change tactics if it keeps working for you? That's basically B.O.T.'s idea for this round as IT summons yet another flurry of ice to bombard Pride. Pride thinks playtime is over as he rushes over (well, stumbles is more like it with that paralysis and whatnot) and slashes at the android Pokemon, managing to connect on a weak spot as well for maximum damage! Talk about luck of the draw for Pride!

And after a lengthy reprise, let's continue forth with the battle!
B.O.T begins first by summoning another raging snowstorm of ice and hail that engulfs the white mongoose, doing great damage to him. Pride fights through the numbness he feels in his legs as he surges forward and strikes B.O.T. hard with a fiery fist. At least B.O.T. feels a little warm in the frozen arena. Pride suddenly feels like a target sight's been removed from him suddenly.

With that last exchange, Techy is down one Pokemon to Aura's two. However, he's very close to evening out the score, and immediately sends out his next Pokemon, out pops a whopper of an Onix, aptly named Tectonix! Let's see what goes down in Round 5!
Tectonix starts things off by quickly diving underground as if the ground was made of water and burrowing several feet underneath. Pride tries to rush over to the spot where she disappeared from, but that ever so devious paralysis surprises him at the worst time, worse than Pedo Bear making a surprise entrance at an 8 year old's birthday!

Pride can't do much of anything at this point and sit on his furry butt and wait for Tec to make her entrance. Oh wait, Tectonix bursts forth from the ground and slams right in Pride, knocking him out cold. Nice to meet ya Tec.
