Godzilla knows air is a dire necessity. So he forgoes the stalling approach (yay!!) and surges upward. Goku goes to relax, but is suddenly tossed skyward by the upsurging Charizard. Weak, but still willing to rumble Goku elbowed Charizard with what little energy it could muster, before falling back to Ouroboros.
