Blissey can learn Counter with the R/B/Y TM. However, she can't learn Mirror Coat, Flail, or Reversal.

Well, I don't normally comment on other people's movesets, since everyone has different styles and a way to make them work, but I saw the Butterfree moveset and I think a Butterfree can do better than that. When I played Pokemon Gold, I had a Butterfree with Sleep Powder, Toxic, Psychic and Return, and she defeated many higher level pokemon, including Red's Pikachu. It also helped that she had a Quick Claw attached and got to strike first, putting Pikachu to sleep.

You are right, it is pretty sad to see TPM so inactive, I wish that there was a way to get the activity to pick up. I am sure that a front page would help attract people, as well as advertising. And yes, your spamcount is pretty high, but I am catching up to you!!
