Is Paldea the biggest region in Pokemon?
Because I think it is. It's just so massive with a lot to do.

Yeah, I guess you could say it is. One thing's for sure, am I ever glad there are interactive maps that can help you not only find items or trainers you can prepare for in advance, but also keep track of stuff you picked up or trainers you defeated in battle. IGN's interactive map in particular has been so helpful ever since I got Scarlet & Violet for Christmas last year (I also purchased the DLC for the two games, as well as the DLC for Pokemon Sword & Shield. IMO it was money well spent).
