Aggron-Pretty good moveset, a little different from the usual physical sweeping and focus punching movesets. Attach Leftovers.
Altaria-Moveset is fine, a Calm personality would also work well. EV split could be more like 252 HP, 129 Defense, 129 Special Defense. It is a good idea to put a lot of your EVs into defensive stats on your hazer. Even though your Altaria knows some attacks, the most important thing is that your hazer will be around for awhile.
Torkoal-Go with a Bold personality, and EVs of 252 HP, 129 Special Defense, 129 Defense. I prefer Flamethrower over Heat Wave too. Flamethrower has more PP, more accuracy, and its base power is only 5 less then Heat Wave. Another thing to consider would be using a move like Yawn/Toxic over Iron Defense. With Torkoal's already high defense stats, plus a Bold personality, it can do without Iron Defense. Attach Leftovers.
Heracross-Pretty good, although a Jolly personality would be a good choice. Speed is very important on an End/Rev moveset.
Gardevoir-Pretty standard, Salac Berry or Leftovers will make a good attachment.
For your last Pokémon, maybe something like a Milotic would be good for your team.

Aggron: Give Leftovers. Rock Slide>Earthquake/Double Edge. Replace the Attack EVs with HP EVs.
Altaria: 252 HP, 129 Defense, 129 Special Defense. Toxic>Fire Blast. Leftovers are best. Protect works over Rest.
Torkoal: 252 HP, 129 Defense, 129 Special Defense. Heat Wave sucks, replace with Flamethrower. Go with Leftovers, Chesto Berry is only good on Sweepers that use Rest. Toxic/Yawn>Iron Defense.
Heracross: Make Jolly. HP Ghost/Rock Slide>Bulk Up, your opponent WILL keep attacking you, so you need to take them out quick. Quick Attack will mess you up, so you could go Brick Break>Reversal and HP Ghost/Rock Slide> Endure.
Gardevoir: 252 Special Attack, 129 Speed, 129 Defense. Give Salac Berry, Leftovers or even Ganlon Berry.
Another tank or an annoyer would be good as a last Pokémon, Keep in mind that FR/LG will come before Emerald, so you can have the originals.
