In order to celebrate my tenth anniversary at TPM, I decided to try out some new versions of old Games here at GGG.

Welcome to Twisted Wishes v.9

What happens is, the first person will make a wish...

I wish my soda wasn't warm.

Then the next person tries to twist that wish to warp what the first person receives. Then he/she posts a new wish...

Granted. Now it's boiling!

I wish I was the king of the world.

And the process continues to repeat itself.

Granted, now you have thousands of assassins trying to kill you.

I wish I could win a game of tennis.

Granted! You win by disqualification (the other player couldn't show up for some reason).

I wish there were more romantic-comedy anime series.

Granted, all animes become this. As a result anime fans everywhere hunt you down for ruining all of their action, adventure, horror, etc animes.

I wish Earth to be a perfect world.

[Mikachu Yukitatsu]

Granted, but some people count Mars and other planets as parts of world, too, so because of this, the other planets are destroyed, and after Sun is gone, too, Earth is left alone, and drifting in the empty space, it's not perfect any more.

I wish I found a way to keep my posters from falling down from the walls of my room.

Granted. You walk into a department store and buy a can of what looks like poster glue, but upon putting it on the back of your posters, you find out that it is acidic as it completely destroys your favourite poster.

I wish this cold wasn't lasting as long as it has been.

Granted. It now lasts three times as long.

I wish to be able to travel to other worlds.

Granted, you get to travel to your least favourite videogame world.

I wish sweets weren't harmful for teeth.

Granted, but now they become very harmful to your tongue.

I wish to have a real drum set.

Granted. You end up getting a set of oil drums, which explode the moment you try to hit them with a drumstick.

I wish it was impossible to have a bad day.

Granted but now you can neither have a good day either and your life becomes super boring and you days consist of nothing and you got nothing to tell to other people.

I wish I learned a new Spanish word every day.

Granted but you forget the word the very next day.

I wish to win 5 or more plushies this week

Granted! You win more than 5 plushies on one day, forcing you to give the others (since you get to possess only three plushies within 24 hours). By the way, I accept donations

I wish to be blind. (just wondering how this wish is going to be twisted)

Granted. You'll be the new singer in Blind Guardian, my favourite Metal band.

I wish Blind Guardian had a female singer.

Granted but she is unable to sing and thus causes the band to break up.


I wish to experience zero gravity

I wish to be a Sherlock Holmes-type detective.

Granted. But Puerto Rico has no crime, so you have no work.

I wish the Finnish Parliament had fewer MPs with low experience.

Granted. The Finnish Parliament now has 0 MPs...as a result, the party collapses, and Finland is forced to accept the tough blow.

I wish I had instructions on how to get rid of the annoying Google Redirect virus.

Granted but ten people close to you had to die to get you those instructions.

I wish to get accustomed to Windows 7 really quick.

Granted, you become accustomed so quickly that the computer can't follow you. For example, when you think of updating a program, your computer is slower than you and it gets very annoying.

I wish Wii U was out already.

Granted but it's even harder to find then the Wii was.

I really wish that the Fanfic mods and Chris 2.1 would stop jumping to conclusions about my stories.

I wish there was a segment of a new 1,000 Ways To Die episode showing one of the gruesomest deaths of a terrorist.

Granted but it blows a fuse in your house every time its used.

I wish hackers didn't exist.

Granted but that results in a global lack of innovation and computer programming falls behind and cyberelectronics don't advance anymore.

I wish I had an absolute pitch.

Granted. You now have a baseball pitch that cannot be beat.

I wish my freaking paycheck would arrive on time.

Granted. It arrives on time but its for less than what you are suppose to get.

I wish to have a year supply of peanut butter ice-cream.

Granted, you level up so quickly that the game can't keep up and crashes.

I wish a new Captain Planet cartoon would be made.

Granted, it does so well that none of their other records can ever compete.

I wish the stars could be seen at night in the City despite all of the lights being on.

Granted! Now all the stars are as close as the sun. (get ready for the disappearance of the night and an accelerated global warming)

I wish everyone had a complete specialty in their respective field (a lawyer having a complete understanding of his profession, a computer technician being completely skilled both in hardware/software management, and so on...)

Granted, but now everyone can do only one job and I'm pretty sure even a superb lawyer has to know how to cook, for instance.

I wish girls didn't refuse when I ask them for a dance.

Granted. Now you have more girls than you know what to do with harassing you for dances.

I wish Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill will continue to voice Batman and Joker for the next 20 years.

ONE WEEK RULE? More like 22 days!

Granted, but Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill develop a voice that can't be heard with normal human ears.

I wish I could buy some real Pokemon by using my TPM postcount.

Granted. They are sitting in the audience watching the show only.

I wish companies would stop making 3D movies.

Granted, they'll start making '4D' movies which provides the watchers with serious brain damage.

I wish Twilight series movies were better.

Granted but they are only better in the eyes of women and are even worse in the eyes of men.

I wish everyone has a great new year.

Granted, but it applies only for the new year's day 1st of January, the rest of the year will be horrible.

I wish Estonians didn't speak so fast so their language would be easier to understand.

Granted. They have good luck with cars for the first 5 months of ownership and then the worst luck imaginable after that.

I wish to have some peace and quiet so I can finish reading a book that I have been trying to read for almost 2 months.

I wish to be really good at finding things

Granted. Now everybody is asking you to find their missing glasses, wallets, pens, memory sticks, you name it, and you'll get absolutely no free time.

I wish to own a theme park.

Granted but the list is in a long dead language that you don't understand and that no one on the planet understands.

I wish to be able to control magnetism?

Granted. You now control refrigerator magnets.

I wish I could find a second job easier.
