Rating Pokémon isn't really my thing, but it looks like a solid moveset. I'm not sure Rock Polish will be of much help, but it might give you an edge if you use your Stakataka against two consecutive Pokémon... which is a matter of chance more than anything else. Why use that TM, though, when Stakataka learns Automotize naturally?
