Default [P1] Oslo vs. Rossy [Ref: Grey]

Okay, Flea Collar (f Lucario, Steadfast)... let's see what we can do here.

Start with a Swords Dance. Follow that up with two Force Palms.

Okay then, Ebiwalar, my male Hitmonchan with Iron Fist, start off with Attract. Then retaliate with those Force Palms with Thunderpunch x2.

    P1 GRAND PRIX
    OSLO v. ROSSYMORE
    SEMI-FINALS

    Round ONE
We enter the second round of the P1 Grand Prix, where Oslo and Rossymore have defeated Cynder and yours truly in the previous round. Am I bitter or biased? Not at all... but don't be surprised if stupid stupid Oslo and his dumb lucaria fail to perform in this bout.

Flea Collar starts the battle by sharpening her ax. She begins focusing her chi in her palms when... oh my... Ebiwalar is... flirting with the girl! Flea is charmed by him, and immediately forgets what she's been doing.

    FLEA : Attracted // -3PP : EBIWALAR

Flea Collar wrestles with her surging feelings for this fighting adonis, and even starts romanticizing the idea of running away with him after the night is finished. But those ideas quickly shatter once Ebi throws his electric fist into her torso. The cackled fizzling sensation easily knocks Flea out of her poor judgement, and she retalliates with a nasty force palm. The attack manages to knock Ebi off his feet!

    FLEA : -11HP, -3PP // -5PP, -6HP : EBIWALAR

Ebi and Flea stare one another down before returning to their previous attack stances. Ebi throws his electric fist forward while, similarly, Flea with her palm. The attacks connect, and both pokemon are thrown upon opposite sides of the ring. The lucaria manages to pull herself up nicely, but Ebi's not so lucky as paralysis strikes his nerves.

    FLEA : -11HP, -3PP // -5PP, -6HP, +25% Par : EBIWALAR

Alright, even though you might be steel type, there is one fighting type move that does not count towards the super effective damage: Seismic Toss.

    Use that, then Facade x2.

Begin with Zen Headbutt. Then use ExtremeSpeed to dodge the first Facade followed by a second Zen Headbutt.

    P1 GRAND PRIX
    OSLO v. ROSSYMORE
    SEMI-FINALS

    Round TWO
Without waiting for unnecessary filler text, Flea Collar shoots over towards her muscley opponent with her head leading the charge. A marvelous pink hue surrounds her cranium while a serene humming accompanies as she headbutts Ebi, dealing her first super-effective attack for the match. Ebi shakes off the attack before responding -- he grapples the lucaria and tosses her high into the air. The damage for her is also super-effective.

    FLEA : -6PP, -15HP // -12HP, -7PP : EBIWALAR

Ebi then prepares to tackle his adversary, using his paralysis as a fuel. But as he awkwardly fumbles around the ring, Flea manages to outspeed him and come from behind -- knocking the fighter to his feet quite easily!

    FLEA : -6PP // -5PP, -8HP : EBIWALAR

The lucaria finishes up her queue of attacks with a second zen headbutt, locking her out of super-effective attacks for the remainder of the match. Ebi takes the hit gracefully, and responds with another facade -- this one lands.

    FLEA : -6PP, -10HP // -12HP, -5PP : EBIWALAR

Does Seismic Toss differ in ASB, giving super effective damage as opposed to just damage, regardless of type (barring ghost)?

Anyways, Double Team, Drain Punch, Thunderpunch.

Read the Attack List, Rossy -- Seismic Toss has no set damage in the anime.

    P1 GRAND PRIX
    OSLO v. ROSSYMORE
    SEMI-FINALS

    Round THREE
Flea Collar readies herself as Ebi struggles to move. His body locks up completely, disallowing him to even evade against Flea's powerful cross chop.

    FLEA : -6PP // *par*, -10HP : EBIWALAR

Ebiwalar's muscles loosen up for the remainder of the round, and both he and Flea charge at eachother with their punching arms outstretched. Their fists connect and successfully drain the life out of one another. It's... a bit confusing.

    FLEA : -5PP, +4HP, -11HP // -5PP, -7HP, +6HP : EBIWALAR

Ebi keeps a close eye on his opponent as she leaps down upon him with her arms crossed. At the last second, he manages to duck away, evading the attack entirely! He celebrates with a thunderpunch, throwing his electric fist into the jackal harshly.

    FLEA : -6PP, -7HP // -5PP : EBIWALAR

    P1 GRAND PRIX
    OSLO v. ROSSYMORE
    SEMI-FINALS

    Round FOUR
Flea Collar keeps a steady eye on her opponent as he charges at her with another electric fist. As the cackling sound of electricity gets louder and louder, Flea's counter stance gets more and more intense. SLAM!, Ebi throws his thunderpunch forward, striking Flea. But before he can retreat his fist, Flea grapples onto it and slams the fighter to the ground before bashing him in the torso with a giga impact! Wow, that's incredible.

But the jackal looks incredibly tired after such a display.

    FLEA : -7HP, -32PP // -5PP, -26HP : EBIWALAR

Flea nearly collapses from exhaustion, but holds herself together. Ebi, meanwhile, shoots back to his feat and tackles Flea Collar -- using his paralysis as a fuel.

    FLEA : +10PP, -7HP // -5PP : EBIWALAR

Flea continues to rest up while Ebi is forced to watch -- his body outright refuses to go anywhere!

    FLEA : +10PP //*par* : EBIWALAR

He's attacking second and we're not allowed subs, Flea Collar, so this could very well be the end for us. We'll keep swingin' nonetheless. Either way, you were fantastic!

Speedy Feinty Chop: ExtremeSpeed + Feint + Cross Chop.

I think I know what he'll do, but we'll just roll with it...

Use Endure, as Feint can't break that. (It even beats Feint and Extremespeed priority wise!)
    Then Facade until we win.

And you're lucky that I foolishly believed Seismic Toss wasn't super effective, or I'd go Reversal on your ass.

Okay, thought you'd try that. Fortunately, I don't think two Facades can do 25 HP to a Steel-type, even if Paralysis doesn't prevent you from executing both. Which it might. But. We'll see.

Knowing my luck, I'll be paralysed when I should be Enduring. And if you're still alive next round, Hitmonchan does learn six priority moves. So this is going to be damn close, that's for sure.

    P1 GRAND PRIX
    OSLO v. ROSSYMORE
    SEMI-FINALS

    Round FIVE
Flea knows that it's now or never, and charges at her opponent with the promise of victory on her shoulders. Her arms cross over her chest before she speedily swings them at Ebi...

But the fighter remains standing! Despite Flea's best efforts, Ebi managed to endure the hit quite well.

    FLEA : -37PP // -20PP, -18HP : EBIWALAR

With Flea exhausted of her moveset, Ebiwalar is free to take his time in retalliating... but even his poison-fueled facades can't deal enough damage to fell the lucaria.

    FLEA : +10PP, +10PP, -7HP, -7HP // -5PP, -5PP : EBIWALAR

    Round SIX
Knowing that this moment is do or die, Ebiwalar brings his fist forward and... nothing happens.

Flea Collar endures nothing at all.

    FLEA : -3PP // *par* : EBIWALAR

With his body frozen stiff, Ebi is forced to watch as the lucaria throws her own iron fist into his torso, ending his trainer's tenure in the tournament.

    FLEA : -2PP //-1HP : EBIWALAR
